Terms, Conditions & Cancellations

Terms & Conditions

MINIMUM STAY:  3 nights (unless negotiated)
No pets.  No smoking.

A deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking. Bookings made 30 days prior to arrival require full payment within 72 hours.
All bookings require a Security Bond of $300 which is credited back to you upon departure.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In Time is 2:00pm
Check-Out Time is 10:00am

(We are happy to offer Early Check In subject to availability)

Cancellations

More than 60 days before arrival. No charge. Deposit refunded.
Less than 60 days but more than 30 days before arrival 50% of total tariff forfeited. Bond refunded.
*Less than 30 days 100% of tariff forfeited. Bond refunded.
*Cancellation penalties do not apply if cancelled party books new dates.

Payment Options

Via the Booking Engine ABOVEOnline Payment, EFT or cheque.

What information is sent to guest when they book?

We will forward you a confirmation email containing further details once your booking is complete.
